    1.Where are the orders shipped from?
    All our orders are shipped from China!

    YauSpark prides itself on fast and efficient shipping services. 96% of orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Customized or personalized items may take more time to process.

    3.How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    When shopping at YauSpark, it is very important to choose the right shipping method. You can choose the right shipping method according to the actual situation. Below we have detailed the timeliness and applicable weight range of each shipping method for your reference:

    4.Does your international shipping quote include customs/duties/import taxes?
    Our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duties/import taxes, which are levied by the relevant international countries/regions, not by us or the carriers.     Return Issues

    1.What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns for products that do not have any quality issues.
    If we made a mistake in processing your order, such as incorrect quantity, sending the wrong item or damaged goods, please don't worry, contact us and we will re-ship or give a partial refund or even a full refund based on your actual situation.

    2.Order Modification/Cancellation
    If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact our customer service team. If you need to change the delivery address or merge orders, we can help you update it before shipping. Otherwise, it is not possible to make pre-shipment modifications directly, you can contact the YauSpark customer service team to cancel the order and place a new order.

    3.About Refunds
    Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

    1.How long will it take you to respond to my email?
    We are open from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm weekdays,
    Most emails are responded to within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Your questions and concerns are important to us and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

    2.Do you offer any wholesale programs?

    3.Why is there a color difference from the last batch?
    We offer a wide selection of styles and colors and carry a large inventory. Unfortunately, each shipment will vary due to different manufacturing batches. To get the exact same shade, please make sure to order all the styles you need in one order. Different orders may end up with slight differences in shade/style.

    4.Care Instructions
    Our tablecloths are very easy to care for. With proper care, our products will last for many years.
    • For Satin/Organza/Flocking/Animal Print styles, dry cleaning is recommended due to the delicate material.
    • For Lamore/Pleated/Pleated styles, machine washable, gentle cycle, warm water, tumble dry low. However, we strongly recommend hand washing and hanging to dry to extend the life of the product.
    • Polyester styles are safe for use in regular household washing machines/dryers.
    • Bleach can be used on our white tablecloths/tablecloths/table runners/sashes, but is not recommended for colored tablecloths. It is not recommended to mix dark/bright colors with white.
    • Our colored tablecloths will not fade even after dozens of uses/washes as long as bleach is not used.
    • Stains should be washed as soon as possible to prevent them from stiffening and becoming permanent stains.
    • Put warm water and regular detergent in the washing machine to avoid fading
    • Similar to regular clothes, remember to always wash with similar colors.
    • When putting in the dryer, do not use high heat to dry, otherwise it may cause the clothes to shrink, please use low heat to dry.
    • It is recommended to remove the tablecloth from the dryer while it is still warm. This is to minimize wrinkles. If the tablecloth is still wrinkled, use a low heat iron.

    5.Security Reminder
    YauSpark support may ask you for your order number or email address for verification purposes. However, they will never ask you to reveal your account password or payment information. Individuals or messages asking you to reveal this information are illegal, even if they appear to be legitimate. Please note that such requests should be ignored or deleted.

    6.Do you offer samples?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at this time. However, please rest assured that we do not have a minimum order quantity and you can still purchase individual products on our website. We offer a wide selection so that you can find the ideal product without having to purchase large quantities.

    7.Do you have a catalog?
